This 4 storey, 64,433 square foot (total), 58 unit condominium includes one, two and three bedroom units. These units range between 853 sqft and 1,377 sqft.  Due to site restraints and building size, there is no above ground parking, which required a three tier, 71 stall, underground parkade for the residence. Each floor is different from the next, with cantilevered floors, balconies, variety of floor plans, and roof top patios.
